【Direct payment Policy】
Direct payment(Referred to as “Service”)is
a payment agency service offered by AbleUnion Inc.(Referred to as “Company”. The
Company is not the party involved in the Service usage and is not responsible for
any damages that occur to customers throughout the transaction. The user who
uses the Service (Referred to as “Customer”) cannot use
the Service if they do not agree to this policy. All Customers using the
Service shall check, note, and are considered consenting to the policies below.
[1] Rights regarding the transaction
information
The
company may limit or reject the usage of the Customer using the Service when it
can cause ethical issues or is considered a crime. The Service usage history
shall not be shared with others without the Company’s approval. However, the
customer is allowed to offer the information without the Company’s approval
under the law enforcement agency's request (police, customs, etc.). The company
shall not share the Customer’s Service usage history with others except the
persons concerned without the Customer’s approval but is allowed to submit the
information without the Customer’s approval under the law enforcement agency's
request (police, customs, etc.). In this case, the Company must inform the
related Customer through email about the information submission.
[2] Available range of Service
The Service shall only be used by the
non-resident(Overseas customer) to make needed payments to purchase items and
services from the resident(domestic seller). The Service shall not be used for
simple transfer that does not include business transactions (tribute, living,
school expenses), illegal monetary transactions, and transactions regarding
items that cannot be traded and may be sanctioned by the Company, including
permanent suspension on using the Company’s services, when discovered. The
transaction impossibility(reasons) are as follows.
- Purchasing cigarettes/alcohol/guns/drugs
- Paying for stocks/futures/options
- Medicines/blood/organs/chemicals/industrial
materials/medical devices
- Inhumane transactions (Defamations and
violating the Children's Welfare Law)
- Military items (Military uniform) / Police
items (Police uniform) / Other official uniforms
- Gambling (Toto, casino, baccara, cards,
etc.)
- Illegal cash circulation (Private finance,
rent, black money, loan, etc.)
- Non-tradable items for adolescents (Camping
knives, gas guns, professional tools, etc.)
- Personal information
- Online accounts
- Items that require a license
- Living animals
- Forgeries
- Illegal Ponzi scheme items
- Adult goods
- Hidden cameras
- Glasses and lens
- Jewelry and accessories (Gold, silver,
diamond, etc.) that can replace cash
- Stock information service (investment
advisory, etc.)
- Cryptocurrencies
- Illegal medical surgeries
- Scalp (All entrances, licenses, etc.,
higher than fixed price)
- Tickets for planes, trains, ships, etc.
- All
electric devices exempted from conformity assessment that were purchased from
overseas for personal use and sold as second-hand items.
- Items protected by intellectual property
right (trademark right)
- Division sales of cosmetics (Seller
divides cosmetic items into certain doses and resells them.)
- Cosmetic samples
[3] Refund
Refunds regarding the Service comply with
the domestic seller’s policy in principle. All refunds that are not related to
the seller’s policy shall obey “Terms and Conditions for Paysable Refund”. Refunds
shall be done in Paysable points(deposit) in principle, and the Customer may
request the refund to be done in the original payment method, such as PayPal.
When refunding through PayPal, the PayPal
service fee charged for using the Service will be excluded from the total
refunded point amount.
[4] Coverage (Fraud, etc.)
The Company is not directly involved in the
transaction done in the Service. And thus, the Company is not responsible nor
shall compensate the following 3 articles.
- As a mediator of a transaction, the Company
is not responsible for all fraud damages that occurred on/offline, such as a
3-way scam. The Company is not directly involved in using the Service and thus cannot
compensate the damages.
- As
a mediator of a transaction, the Company is not responsible for all delays in
offering paid items or services.

As a mediator of a transaction, the Company does not guarantee the paid item’s condition,
such as authenticity, damage, etc., and cannot compensate all damages that
occurred for the reasons above.
[5] Transaction currency
The default currency used for the Service
is USD. The company must notify customers of changes when adding or changing
the available currency through email.
[6] Handling of the orders
The company may pend the transaction paid
by the Customers if needed and can request required information such as ID
card, contents of communication with the seller, etc. The company may cancel
the transaction when the Customer refuses to submit the requested information
and shall refund the payment through points (deposit), excluding the PayPal
service fee charged for using the Service as it is considered attributable to
the Customer.
[7] Integrity of transaction
Customers must agree to this policy before
using the Service, and these terms and conditions bear effect as a complete
contract.
