[Terms and Conditions for Buysable】
Buysable is a brand that Ableunion Inc. owns
and manages. shop.paysable.com is referred to as ‘Site’ and Able Union Inc. is referred
to as “Company” or “We” hereafter. “Goods,” “Items,”
and “Parcel” hereafter refer to all items sold on the site or imported to the
company’s warehouse. The company sells items to customers or offers item
purchase proxy service. All customers using the Service or buying items are
considered as agreeing with the following policy, refund and privacy policy. Customers
who did not agree to the policy shall not be protected by the terms, and the
company is not reliable for compensating any damages. As such, the customers
must read the terms and conditions carefully before using the Service. The
company may restrain or delete the customer’s account if they violate the
policy. We recommend customers not refuse or spam emails from support@paysable.com
/ support@ableunion.com, and the
company is not responsible for any damages caused by not receiving notice or
announcement through email.
[1] Company’s Rights and Coverage
a. The company can reject purchase requests or restrict customers
from using services for just reasons or when a criminal or ethical issue is
suspected. This includes insulting or damaging others and criminal actions,
which refer to all deeds that can be punished by the company and the customer’s
country’s legislation or administrative measures.
b. Customers are not allowed to share personal
information used for the site (ID, password, etc.) with others without the
company’s permission. The company is not responsible for any damage due to
shared or leaking account information to others.
c. The company is not responsible for any damage due to
personal and account information miswritten by the customer.
d. The company does not guarantee the details of the selling
item are accurate. The item information shown on the site is provided by the distributors
and manufacturers, and they may not be the newest information. The company is
not responsible for any damage due to incorrect information provided by the distributors
and manufacturers. Customers should only take the information provided by the
site as a reference.
e. The company does not guarantee the color display of
the customer’s electronic devices. The company uses the image provided by the
distributors and manufacturers without editing, and the item’s actual color may
differ from the displayed image depending on the customer’s device settings. The
company is not responsible for any damage due to the phenomenon.
f. The company makes an effort to keep the timeliness of
service or selling items notified to customers. However, the provision may be
delayed because of natural disasters or long holidays, etc..
g. The company is not responsible for any damage due to delayed
provision of items or service because of uncontrollable reasons not listed
above.
h. As PayPal does not refund transaction service fees
regardless of liability, the company also does not refund PayPal service fees
for any refunds unless notified previously.
i. The company does not compensate for any coupon that
cannot be used due to shared or leaked coupon information to others.
j. The company can unseal the items the customer
purchased and check the item’s status under the owner's request. The company
shall provide the customer with basic information about the items, such as
damage, quantity, and color. However, the company does not guarantee the item’s
authenticity.
k. The company is not responsible for any damage caused
by not receiving notice or announcement through email, spamming or refusing the
company’s official email address.
l. The company is in charge of damages such as loss,
damage, and discoloration of the items that are stored in the company
warehouse. The company is not responsible for the damage done before the item
is delivered or after it is shipped out from the warehouse.
[2] Used Currency
The currency
used for the company’s services and goods is USD. Using currency may be changed
or added by the Company if needed, and customers are notified of the changes through
email.
[3] Handling of Orders
a. When a customer orders service or goods through the webpage,
the company purchases the items on behalf of the customer. The customer will
receive the order within 5 Korean business days, which may be delayed due to natural
disasters or the seller’s situation.
b. When the goods or service is unavailable, and the
company decides it cannot be provided because they are out of stock or
misdelivered, the amount used, coupons, and event cash are fully refunded. The
PayPal transaction service fee is not refunded
c. The company shall send the email when each step of
the customer’s purchase (importing, packaging, delivery fee calculation,
exporting, etc.) is complete. The email may not be sent because of a system
error, and the customers can check the progress of the items through the web
page.
[4] Storage and Delivery
a. The items purchased through the site are
automatically imported to the company’s warehouse. It may take up to 5 Korean
business days from the purchase for the item to be imported.
b. The items purchased through the site cannot be
delivered to other carriers or proxies. The delivery can be requested only
through the site, and domestic delivery is impossible.
c. The items purchased through the site can be merged
with the items imported through company’s other services (Direct Purchase /
Manual Purchase, etc.) and can also be asked for other additional services like
Customizing.
d. The company’s affiliated carriers are DHL/UPS/Korean
Post. When the customer places a forwarding request for imported items, the
company suggests the delivery fee for all available delivery options through
the Warehouse menu. However, the suggested options may change due to conflicts,
restrictions, and delivery limitations. The company shall email the customer
when all carriers are unavailable.
[5] Disposal
a. The
customer’s purchased item is stored in the warehouse for 365 days from the
imported date, free of charge. All imported items are automatically disposed of
when the 365 storage days expire, and the customer must place a forwarding
request before the due date.
b. The
customer’s items that were asked for forwarding and have passed 90 days from
the package complete day (delivery fee quote date) are automatically disposed
of. This is prioritized over the imported item’s 365 storage period.
c. The
customer is considered to be abandoning ownership of the disposed items
because of the customer’s request, expiration, and residues after
the packaging process. The company has right to manage and dispose of the
items that are to be settled to be disposed of.
[6] Time
Standard
All time
standards used in the site are based on the KST(Korea Standard Time) and the
company shall email the customers immediately when another time standard is
applied.
