Buysable is a brand that Ableunion Inc. owns and manages. shop.paysable.com is referred to as ‘Site’ and Able Union Inc. is referred to as “Company” or “We” hereafter. “Goods,” “Items,” and “Parcel” hereafter refer to all items sold on the site or imported to the company’s warehouse. The company sells items to customers or offers item purchase proxy service. All customers using the Service or buying items are considered as agreeing with the following policy, refund and privacy policy. Customers who did not agree to the policy shall not be protected by the terms, and the company is not reliable for compensating any damages. As such, the customers must read the terms and conditions carefully before using the Service. The company may restrain or delete the customer’s account if they violate the policy. We recommend customers not refuse or spam emails from support@paysable.com / support@ableunion.com, and the company is not responsible for any damages caused by not receiving notice or announcement through email.


[Order Cancellation and Refund Policy]

a.  In principle, order cancellation is not possible once a customer has completed an order.

b. If order cancellation is unavoidable due to a customer’s mistake, the customer must contact customer service to request the cancellation.  However, cancellation requests will no longer be accepted if the order has been processed.

c. Customers may request order cancellation and a refund in cases of incorrect delivery, missing items, or damage during shipping. However, refunds for simple changes of mind are not possible.

d. In the case of a refund, the exchange rate applied at the time of purchase will be used.

e. If the company cannot provide the goods or services ordered by the customer due to out-of-stock, incorrect delivery, etc., the full amount, including any coupons or event credits used for the order, will be refunded. However, PayPal transaction fees are non-refundable.

f. The company provides a full refund, including the PayPal service fee, when the items are lost or damaged due to the following company’s attributable reasons.

   - The purchased item does not match with the customer’s order.

   - Loss or damage during warehouse storage.

   - Misdelivery due to the company’s fault.


g. The company is not responsible for the loss, damage, or misdelivery of the items that arrive at the destination country. When requested by the customer, the company can proceed with a claim with the carrier for issues during delivery or after arrival on behalf of the customer.
