【Paysable Coupon Policy】

 

Able Union Inc. (referred to as “Company”) operates and manages the coupon policy for the coupons issued by the Company as follows. Customers of the Company is considered consenting to the policies below when issued coupon. If not, shall not use the coupon.

 

[1] Non-transferable

Coupons issued by the Company to individual customer should not be transferred to others and may be sanctioned by the Company through suspension and etc. when discovered. Coupons issued by the Company to individual customer should not be traded but can only be used for using the Company’s services.

 

[2] Expiration date

All coupons issued by the Company have an expiration date. Expired coupons cannot be reissued or restored.

 

[3] Usage

Only one coupon can be used per transaction. In principle, all coupons issued by the Company cannot be applied in duplicate.

- Coupons issued by the Company are divided into 2 kinds: applicable for all services provided by the company; only usable in certain services. Coupons valid for certain services cannot be used for other services

 

[4] Responsibility/Coverage

- The company will not be responsible when others use the coupon due to customers' negligence in exposing the serial number or URL of a coupon that is granted to an individual. The coupon shall not be restored either.

- When a coupon is unusable due to the Company’s fault, the Company shall issue a new coupon to grant the customer. The expiration date and amount of the new coupon will be the same as those of the former coupon.

 

[4] Refund

Coupons are not refunded when transactions using coupons are refunded. Refunded amount except coupon shall be granted complying with the Company’s [Paysable Refund Policy].

However, if the refund is due to the Company’s fault, the Company shall reissue the used coupon. The available period of the new coupon will be the same as that of the former coupon.
