Due to a fire at the National Information Resources Service, Korea Post is currently experiencing a system outage, which has caused the following impacts:

• Tracking unavailable: Tracking service is unavailable for mail items received between June 22, 2025, and September 26, 2025.
• Delivery delays: Shipments are delayed due to disruptions in loading and departure of flights.

(*Please note: Shipments dispatched on October 2 via Korea Post are expected to resume delivery after the Chuseok holiday.)

Although recovery work is in progress and alternative systems have been activated to continue mail acceptance, international deliveries may still experience significant delays.
