  • What is One-day service?
    Service

    One-day service is an additional delivery service. If you use this service, the delivery fee will be updated within one business day from the date of your forwarding request.

  • What is Package Check Service?
    Service

    The Package Check Service is an additional service that allows you to check the contents of the item.

    You can use Package Check Service only before you request forwarding, and the service can prevent issues such as defects, omissions, or misdelivery of the item.

    *The Package Check Service consists of two types: image/video.

  • What is Customizing Service?
    Service

    Customizing Service is an additional service that allows detailed requests for packaging.

    Ex)

    1) Sending only inclusions from albums

    2) Removing batteries/cosmetics that cannot shipped overseas

  • My package does not appear on my delivery list
    Service

    You can check your item on your Package List once it arrives at our warehouse, and it usually takes 2 business days to appear on your Package List.

    If your item does not appear on your Package List even after 5 days of arrival, please leave an inquiry at the Customer Service Center.


  • What is the warehouse storage period and fee?
    Service

    Each package is kept in the warehouse for 1 year from the import date, and there is no additional storage fee.

    Please note that im/export fee is charged when exporting any packages


    Im/export fee is as follows.

    Mail 1,000 / 1,000

    Regular parcel 1,500 / 1,500

    Oversize 3,000 / 3,000


  • How can I use gift card?
    Service

    A PIN number is sent to your registered email address when you complete payment. 

    Please check the online coupon's availability from the coupon website as its usage varies by coupon issuer.

  • What is manual purchase?
    Service

    Manual purchase is a procurement service for Korean websites where customers can not sign up or purchase. 

    Paysable handles all purchase processes from order to payment under the given order form.

    The order sheet can be submitted 24/7, and the purchase is done in time order during business hours(09:00- 18:00, KST).

  • How long does it take for the Direct Payment to complete?
    Service

    The payment is done in a few minutes on average. 

    Please note that every 23:30 PM- 00:40 AM(KST) is bank maintenance time and may cause payment delays.

    Leave an inquiry to Customer Service if you are under payment delay besides bank maintenance time.

  • What is Direct Payment
    Service

    Direct Payment is a 24/7 payment agency service that supports complicated Korean online page payments without a bank account in real-time.
