  • How to write my Korean address?
    ETC

    You can find your Korean address on My Page. 

    Please refer to the below for more details. 

    1. Click '주소 찾기' (Search the address)

    2. Select '도로명 주소'

    3. Write '부천로 238 '

    4. Write the rest of the address on the next line 가동 2층 (주) 에이블 유니온 #00000-A (Your own personal code) 

  • The seller is not sending items even though the Direct Payment is complete
    ETC

    In the case of Direct Payment, the customer who made the payment is responsible for the result of the transaction, excluding system error.

    Paysable is just a third party to help you make a payment, so it is hard to deal with scam issues. Therefore, please be careful not to cause any unpleasant things.


    When trading between individuals, you must check the following!

    1. Physical direct transaction is not possible, so make sure to use a safe payment system.

    2. Be sure to check the seller's identity and contact information, and if you are suspicious of the behavior or refuse to pay safely, make sure to request a copy of the bankbook for the seller to receive the deposit.

    3. Be sure to check the seller's information on Dutch at http://thecheat.co.kr.

    4. When using the safe payment system, make sure to check the site's regulations and note that most of the time, when the seller requests payment to his or her account in the safe payment system, it is a fraudulent transaction.

  • What are prohibited/restricted items?

    If your packages include the following items, your packages might be returned or restricted according to the shipping company and local customs regulations. The most accurate and reliable method is for the customer to directly check with the local customs whether the items can be shipped safely. (the list of prohibited and restricted items varies by country.)


    **Prohibitied&Restricted items

    - Battery

    (Regarding battery-embedded items, they may be limited in choosing delivery methods, or additional proof of the product (such as battery shape and capacity) might be needed. However, portable chargers (power banks)cannot be shipped overseas through any delivery methods.)

    - Medication&Supplements

    - Food (any items that contain meat(including fish), even if they are processed foods, can not be shipped overseas due to customs regulations.)

    - Perfume/Diffuser

    - Tobacco

    - Pressurized cans

    - Flammable items(candle, match, etc.)

    - Cosmetics(especially liquid type that contains alcohol or ethanol)

    - Any items that include liquids(ex. snowball, etc.)

    - Currency& jewelry(gold, silver, etc.)


    Please note that we are not responsible for any issues caused by restricted/prohibited items.

  • Miswrite/omitted customer code
    ETC

    It is normally hard to import a package with a miswritten/omitted customer code into our warehouse.


    1. Omitted customer code

    Packages without customer codes are imported as 'Unidentified Recipient Packages.'

    Please leave the package's tracking number to Customer Service, and we will help you claim your package.


    2. Miswritten customer code

    It will be imported into another customer's account, so leave the following information to Customer Service.

    -Tracking number

    -Proof of purchase(Invoice, receipt, chat log with the seller, etc.)

    -Items inside the package

  • What is virtual account?

    A virtual account is an account established for wire transfer in some shopping malls / online game webs. In the following cases, a virtual account may not be successfully working or be verified :
    1. If the amount you put is wrong
    2. If the remitter's name is wrong
    3. If the payment deadline has passed
    4. If there is a system error in using a virtual account (from the web)
    5. If it is bank inspection time


    If there is a problem in using a virtual account for reasons other than the above, it can mostly be solved by establishing a new virtual account from another bank.
