1. Changes in service names
New Service names are
Auto Purchase(자동구매) -> Direct Payment(즉시결제)
Online Coupon(상품권) -> Gift Card(상품권)
Paysable Point(예치금) -> Points(포인트)
Delivery Service(배송) -> Warehouse(웨어하우스)
Customer Service Center(고객센터) -> Inquiry(문의하기)
Announcements(공지사항) -> Notice(공지사항)
2. New Services
[Package Check] There are two types of package check services.
Photo: We provide pictures of the contents of the package
Video: Our warehouse team will take a video while unboxing the package.
[Repackaging] Add or subtract goods from already packaged boxes in forwarding.
[Package Cancel] You can now cancel your forwarding order in the ‘Warehouse’ menu.
[Fee Calculator] Estimate your shipping cost before requesting forwarding.
[Customizing] You can customize your delivery order, from sending only inclusions to removing batteries/cosmetics.
[Vacuum Packaging] Request vacuum packaging to reduce the volume of clothes and dolls.
[Small Packaging] Our team will divide your package into small boxes under 2kg(actual/volumetric weight).
*Small packaging may not be applicable in some cases.
