Today, we received notice about the Demand Surcharge and Surge fee from UPS.

The details are as follows:

Effective Date: September 15, 2024

[UPS Demand Surcharge]

Starting from September 15, 2024, until further notice, the UPS Demand Surcharge for all exports and imports in the Asia-Pacific region will be suspended. The Demand Surcharge might be changed, and periods of high demand may be extended or modified.

**[Surge Fee]

Reason: Expected Increase in Shipping Demand

Applied to: All shipments sent besides the Asian-Pacific area.

*The Surge fee is affected by a fuel surcharge and will be applied based on the weight (kg) of the shipment

Please note that delivery fees will be re-estimated after the holidays.
