As the number of food shipping requests has recently increased, we would like to inform you of the following important guidelines for shipping food items internationally.

1)Frozen/Refrigerated Food Items (Prohibited for International Shipping)

Frozen and refrigerated food items are restricted from international shipping due to the high risk of spoilage during delivery. These items can only be shipped domestically. Additionally, please note that our facilities do not include specialized refrigeration or freezing equipment.

2)Dry Food Items (Snacks, Instant Noodles, etc.)

Dry food items such as snacks and instant noodles can be shipped, but depending on local regulations, customs clearance may not be guaranteed. We recommend checking with the local customs office before requesting shipment. Please also note that any customs duties incurred during the clearance process will be the customer's responsibility.
