1. Shipping Information Cannot Be Modified
After payment for shipping, modifications to shipping information (address, recipient information, customs information, etc.) are not possible. Please verify all details before completing your payment.
2. No Modifications or Shipping Holds After Payment
Once the payment for shipping has been completed, no changes to information or shipping holds can be made. (In unavoidable cases, please contact our customer support immediately. Please note that your request may not be honored depending on the shipping status, and Paysable is not responsible for any errors due to negligence.)
3. Notice in Case of Shipping Information Errors
If there is an insufficient or incorrect shipping information that causes a delay in shipping, you will be notified via email or message. Please regularly check your email or message box to avoid any inconvenience with the shipment.
4. Additional Payment for Long-Term Unshipped Items
If an item remains in a pending status (unable to be shipped) for an extended period after the shipping cost is determined, shipping rates may change, and additional payments may be required.

-Shipments Under 15kg(CJ Logistics)
Payment before 11 AM: Same-day dispatch
Payment after 11 AM: Dispatch the following day
-Shipments Over 15kg(Post Office)
Payment before 4 PM: Same-day shipping registration and dispatch the next day
Payment after 4 PM: Shipping registration the following day and dispatch on the day after the next business day.
**If any one of the packed boxes exceeds 15kg, the shipping will proceed as stated above.
