Dear Paysable Customers,
Due to recent changes in Mexico's customs and tax regulations, Tax ID entry is now mandatory for all shipments to Mexico. Failure to provide a Tax ID may result in shipment failure, delays, additional fees, or returned shipments.
1. Detailed Product Description Required
A detailed description of the goods is required for all shipments.
General descriptions will not be accepted by Mexican customs, so please provide accurate product details.
2. Tax ID Entry is Mandatory
The Tax ID must be provided for the recipient to ensure smooth customs processing.
Missing or incorrect Tax ID information may lead to returned or delayed shipments, so please verify the details before shipping.
3. Types of Tax IDs
The recipient's Tax ID for shipments to Mexico can be one of the following:
Business (RFC): Registro Federal de Contribuyentes (Federal Taxpayer Registration Number)
Individual (RFC): Registro Federal de Contribuyentes or CURP (Clave Única de Registro de Población)
Please ensure to select and enter the correct Tax ID type:
Key Notes:
Currently, shipments without a Tax ID are highly likely to be returned by Mexican customs.
Please ensure the Tax ID is entered correctly before shipping.

Thank you.
