We would like to inform you of recent updates regarding U.S. customs regulations:
● U.S. Tariffs under the International Emergency Economic Powers Act (IEEPA)
Starting April 5, 2025, a 10% tariff will be imposed on all goods imported into the U.S. from any country.
From April 9, 2025, the U.S. will apply higher retaliatory tariffs on countries with which it has a trade deficit.
▸ South Korea: 25% retaliatory tariff
Please note that the list of affected countries and specific tariff rates are subject to change according to U.S. policy updates.
● De Minimis Rule (Duty-Free Threshold for Imports Under $800)
Starting May 2, 2025, De Minimis benefits will be removed for shipments containing products originating from China or Hong Kong (COO: Country of Origin).
De Minimis rules will remain in effect for all other countries.
