We would like to inform you that there may be temporary delays in consolidation, packing, and shipping fee calculation due to a significant increase in forwarding requests ahead of the Lunar New Year holiday.

Under normal circumstances, consolidation and shipping fee calculation are completed within 5 business days from the forwarding request date. However, as shipment volumes have surged prior to the holiday, processing times may take slightly longer than usual.

Please also note that our office will be closed from February 14 (Sat) to February 18 (Wed) in observance of the Lunar New Year holiday. During this period, warehouse operations and customer service responses may be limited.

Requests submitted before the holiday will be processed sequentially once we resume operations, and we will do our best to complete all consolidations as quickly as possible.

If you require urgent shipment, we kindly recommend using our “One-Day Quote” service, which allows for expedited quotation and faster shipment processing.
