DOESN'T REPLY AT ALL TO INQUIRIES. IGNORES THEM. BEEN 2 WEEKS EVER SINCE I WANTED TO MERGE AND SHIP MY ITEMS OUT.

I recently made two manual purchases through them. The first one was successful, they had given me the invoice and it was smooth. When I came to them to make another manual purchase of the same item, it was refunded. NO EMAIL AT ALL. They did not even notify me. What’s worse is that the first manual purchase (which mind you, have been PURCHASED and an invoice has been sent to me) was also refunded and cancelled with NO NOTIFICATION. I have sent multiple emails but no one has answered why it was refunded. Bunch of crap.

I had a problem with Paysable delivery services. I received an incomplete item. The package I received also in a very bad state. I submitted email to Paysable on Monday right after I received the package since it came to my concern that 1 merged package is missing and I’m truly dissatisfied Paysable support team does not even reply to me. The item is not delivered to me but it says delivery is complete. I tried to reach out to Paysable but no answer from them. Please fix this.

I truly love Paysable and have recommended it to some of my gom friends. I had a lot of issues with previous forwarding services and was recommended Paysable like 9 months ago and I have had no issues since. I think their fees are fair, cheaper than some other services, they are transparent and always quick to reply to emails, and overall the customer service team actually seem like they want to help you. I am more than happy with the service Paysable provides so thank you!!

It's faster, and If I have a question always reply! Really good.

여태까지 너무 마음에 들어서 진짜 자주썼는데........갑자기 paypal 수수료는 뭐죠...십만원에 그것도 4불이나.....좀 너무 비싼것같아요

I love using this company! The fees are reasonable and the support is really kind there are only two things I think need improvement. Not being able to see the items you receive is very hard esp when you buy a lot of expensive items. It is really offputting especially for people who are looking for a proxy but I also understand the reasoning behind not offering it. Also, I think the shipping for the delivery service is a little confusing, I'm not really sure how to ask for combined shipping but I'm not having my items sent to me rn so it's not really an active concern. But otherwise I absolutely adore this service and being able to have money sent immediately is so useful I'm so happy I started using this service.

I'm still new in using your service, I'm waiting for some other items to arrive to my address first. Something that is confusing me is that I keep getting charged Paypal fees even though I'm paying through my paypal balance or my checking account from my bank directly. I have a friend who also uses your service but they don't get charged paypal fees.

I hope for less fees and please if the verification of payment is taking too long, please tell how many hours we have to wait.
