I've been using paysable for the last months mostly for their purchase service (a 5 star btw) but lately their delivery service and customer center are quite not good.
Delivery fee takes too long, the fee is quite good that's why I'm still using paysable, but they lost a package that wasn't in my forwarding box that arrived to me a month ago.
Costumer Service is bad, it wasn't like that before. I've been trying to comunicate with them about my lost package and no reply at all, they ''close'' my inquiries.
Please paysable if you're reading this, the best thing you can do is reply the inquiries at time, not 2 weeks later. Next, is to let the people know the estimate time of their delivery quote.
