I like the quick easy way I can pay my Korean sellers -and without having to talk to an actual human- but I haven't enjoyed the currency exchange and rise in shipping fees. It's getting harder to support my favorite Korean idols and vendors due to that.

Very reliable service. Shipping fees are reasonable. Their customer service is helpful. They usually get back to me in 1-2 days.

I like both their auto purchase and manual purchase. Exchange rate is not the best but it's okay. Their delivery service is good. It's just a little slow. It takes about 2-3 weeks to give shipping quote.

Customer service is very bad. I’ve been sending inquiries and emails every day for almost an week now regarding a problem and they just won’t answer. Please improve the customer service!!
