They have not responded to any of my Customer Service questions or emails. I've lost money from refunded purchases because Paysable hasn't responded to any of my questions from MAY asking for the refund bank information.

환율이 넘 비싸졌네요 전에는 송금, 상품권 비율 둘 다 혜자였는데 이제 좀 비싸져서 상품권 구매는 다른곳이 조금이라도 싸게 살 수 있을거같네요ㅠㅠ

페이스블의 좋은점은 정말 간단하고 빠르다는거!! 줌이나 와이어발리, 소다트랜스퍼등은 받는사람 주소/전화번호/등 정보가 더 많이 필요하고 중간에 받는 분이 확인도 해야 하고 인증도 해야 하고 하여간 절차가 더 많은데

페이스블은 받는분 은행하고 계좌번호만 알면 되니까 좋아요!!

그리고 보내는 사람 이름 맘대로 설정할수 있는거 진짜 맘에들구요.

보내면 정말 1분안에 완료. 빨라서 좋습니다!!

한가지 단점은 환율이 너무 나쁘다는거... ㅠㅠ 그래서 고액보다는 그냥 소액거래할때, 모르는 사람과 거래할때 사용하고 있어요.

I appreciate the service and have had no negative experiences - using the automatic purchase service has gone well. I have received a few packages safely.

The workflow for packages is a little confusing, but having gone through this now with and without merging I know what to expect.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE
I have been waiting for a shipping quote since August. It’s now November. Almost 4 months and they refuse to respond to my customer service inquiries. I message everywhere I can and they ignore me. They are selective with who they respond to. Do not waste your time with them. I understand being slow because of covid but it has been months and they refuse to answer. I just want my items.
Note: I meant to rate 1 star on my last review.
