the only thing that works are bank transfers. The forwarding service is crap, I have customer service messages that have not been answered since July 11, already almost 2 months and I have no response. RESPOND TO CUSTOMERS.

Paysable is better than other transfer services I have used, the only thing is they have no customer protection if something goes wrong. My friend was scammed by a seller, and they have done nothing to help her get money back or even respond to customer service center messages about it. And also I have yet to receive a response about a refund I am supposed to be receiving as well and it has been a week now. Besides that, it is relatively seamless and easy to use for sending money.

I've been using Paysable for almost a year and their service has always been prompt, until recently I had to wait for a month for the shipping fee. And now, I can't even send an inquiry thru their customer service center as it always shows error. I have been messaging thru twitter and facebook but no response. Please reply to my messages. I need my parcels as soon as possible. Thank you

Been waiting for my items shipped out from Paysable but they didn’t give the shipping quote for near a month! Asked their CS and they will expedite but no action taken. Not recommended! Very poor in engagement with customer

Normally they support answer really fast but i´m waiting for an answer since over a week. I wrote again because it´s only one package that should have arrived but isn´t in my delivery list. I´m waiting and see how it works to get that answer and also for getting the shipping fee.

My first time using paysable, but it's taking more than 1 month to get the shipping fees! I have requested for my items to be ship out from paysable since june but I have yet to get any replies on the shipping fees until now. Please get my items ship out!!

The site kept crashing today. Also, I was once charged twice and when I messaged your team about it, I got non response.

I was notified immediately when my packages arrived at your address - this is very good and reassuring.

However, I have been waiting for nearly 7 days for a shipping fee estimate for all my merged packages. I have not received one. Please improve this.
